Peelings can significantly contribute to skin revitalization due to their ability to remove dead skin cells and improve skin circulation, thereby softening and brightening it. In most cases, peels are based on mechanical particles that exfoliate the top layers of the skin. However, it is important to choose the appropriate particle size, as the skin on the face is thinner and more sensitive. SOLUTION by KVITOK® also offers gentler and more effective methods in the form of fruit acids and enzymes, which work on a different principle - effectively "dissolving" impurities and dead cells.

This type of peeling does not act so suddenly; a partial effect is visible immediately after application, but for its full effect, it is necessary to wait a longer period, so the full effect is visible only after several uses, as it accelerates cell turnover, which realistically takes several weeks depending on age and skin type.

Fruit Enzyme Peel Contains:

The key active ingredients of the peel are fermented fruit enzymes from pumpkin and pomegranate, which very gently and effectively remove dead cells and impurities from the skin. With regular use, they smooth and soften the skin , minimize the appearance of fine lines, and allow better absorption of active ingredients by removing dead cells and impurities. If using products with AHA acids (a chemical type of peel) does not suit you and their effect is too strong for your sensitive skin, enzymes are a gentler alternative.

Fermented enzymes from pomegranate and pumpkin are obtained by fermenting unused pulp residues.

Pomegranate and pumpkin contain proteolytic enzymes that have a keratolytic effect and help gently break down proteins that have accumulated on the skin of the body, hair, and scalp, and remove accumulated dead cells, bacteria, and sebum. Pomegranates also contain chlorogenic acid, which has anti-inflammatory effects and antimicrobial properties.

For deep cleansing, the peel also contains an extract from the bark of the white willow = plant-based salicylic acid. It has been identified as part of the endogenous defense mechanisms of the white willow (Salix Alba) and protects it from pathogens. The bark of the white willow is a natural source of this acid, making it a suitable natural alternative to synthetic salicylic acid, which is used in many cosmetic products.

It is ideal for reducing inflammation, redness, and has antimicrobial effects. It is keratolytic, works deeply on pores, and can effectively reduce blackheads. It is also suitable for mature skin care, reducing fine lines and pigmentation.

Clinical studies show that a 2% concentration (equivalent to a 1% concentration of synthetic salicylic acid, which was used for comparison at this concentration) can accelerate cell renewal by 26% (synthetic SA by 22%), and after 4 weeks of regular application, it improves skin firmness by 44% (synthetic SA by 32%). The effectiveness of both acids in inhibiting the growth of S. Aureus and P. Acnes, where the natural form once again proved to be more effective.

The base of the peeling is composed of organic floral water of Lavender and Damask Rose, which tones the skin, restores its natural pH, provides nutrients, and enhances the effectiveness of other treatments.

Organic Damask Rose Flower Water maintains skin pH, hydrates it, stimulates regenerative processes, and has anti-inflammatory effects. Refreshes, soothes redness and allergic reactions of the skin.

Organic Lavender Flower Water tones the skin, restores its natural pH, provides nutrients, and enhances the effectiveness of subsequent treatments. This organic floral water has antiseptic and regenerative properties and is an excellent tonic suitable for all skin types. Cleanses, refreshes, and softens the skin, helps fight wrinkles, soothes redness, sunburn, itching, or other irritations.

Aquacacteen - extract from Opuntia mexicana cactus, soothes irritated skin, reduces redness and itching. Protects and strengthens the skin after UV exposure. Provides the skin with water-binding substances that ensure long-lasting hydration, firmer and more vital skin even after rinsing.

In a clinical study, shower gels with different concentrations of this active ingredient were tested, hydration was measured using a corneometer, and the results are shown in the graph below.

During one week, skin hydration increased by 16%.

The soothing effect on irritated skin was also monitored - both short-term and long-term, after shaving and also after exposure of the skin to SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate - surfactant). The redness of the skin was measured with a chromometer, and then a product containing 2% active ingredient was applied to the reddened skin. The results showed that Aquacacteen was able to significantly reduce redness 1 hour after shaving and also demonstrated a long-lasting soothing effect and faster skin recovery after exposure to SDS compared to the placebo.

Usage: Apply a thin layer of the peel to clean and dry skin and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and continue treatment with products according to skin type. Use 2-3 times a week. To evenly spread the peel over the entire treated area of the skin, use only a spatula or the silicone brush from the Solution by Kvitok® collection. Do not apply it with fingers. Mild tingling, stinging, and redness is a normal reaction. Peels can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight - limit sun exposure for at least 24 hours after application and use appropriate protection. Do not combine with other exfoliating products.
