If you feel comfortable and suffer from a cold feeling before your period, for example, take a nice warm bath. Just add 2 tablespoons of Moon Caress to the bath.

Use

Use about 2-3 days before menstruation and at least the first 2-3 days of menstruation. Immediately after the bath, apply gently to the moist skin of the abdomen, lower abdomen and hips, or you can extend the massage to the thighs, breasts or even the whole body. Allow to absorb.
