LEAHLANI Kalima cleansing velvet powder tester 5 ml

Kalima is the Hawaiian word for "creamy". The powder is a lot different than other clay-based cleansers, which tend to dry, irritate and almost always leave skin tight. It contains clays too, but the base is made up of fine coconut milk, banana and vanilla powders, restorative oats and lots of fruit that hydrate the skin as much as they cleanse and brighten it. It also instantly smooths the skin, which fights the visible crustiness from clogged pores. The powder contains a pure source of ascorbic acid, which is a true source of vitamin C for the skin.

It acts gently, yet deeply cleanses the skin to leave it velvety soft and supple. It increases collagen production, helping with red spots while enhancing the skin's natural healing. When used as a cleansing mask, it draws out excess sebum and impurities, while water-activated vitamin C works on the skin to promote an even skin tone.It also does a very gentle mechanical exfoliation thanks to the particle-ground powder from round brown rice. Drop a teaspoon of Kalima into the palm of your hand and slowly add water, drop by drop, until you reach the ideal creamy consistency. Less water will cause stronger exfoliation, more water will give a gentler cleaning. The mixture begins to foam and congeal - ensuring that the ingredients are fully combined. Gently massage into damp skin in circular motions. Rinse well with warm water. To use as a deep cleansing mask, allow Kalima to dry on the skin and wash off or wipe off with a soft towel.
