Where we ship and how

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dolní Břežany, Czech Republic. From there, parcels head your way as quickly as possible — wherever you are.

Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia

We deliver parcels within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia using trusted carriers: DPD, Zásilkovna, and GLS. You can always choose your preferred carrier in the checkout based on what suits you best.

When we ship your order

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment or confirming the order (for cash on delivery). As soon as we hand your parcel over to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery to EU countries

We also ship to countries within the European Union — for example Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, France, Italy, Sweden, and others. Delivery is handled by international carriers and then local courier services in the destination country, such as Hermes, PostNL België, Bartolini, GLS, PostNord Sverige, and others.

Shipping price and available options are automatically displayed in the checkout after you enter the destination country and delivery address.

EU delivery time

Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and selected carrier.
