Incredibly meticulous customer care. Because it would have turned out that they would send the goods to me on Friday when there was extreme heat, they called me to ask if it was okay to send it on Monday instead, so the cream wouldn't be lying around somewhere over the weekend. I have never experienced such a level of care here before, and it pleased me greatly.
