My favourite natural cosmetics shop. Wide range of brands (they sell my favourites 100%Pure and Dulcia), detailed descriptions and information for each product, reviews. The communication is perfect, there is always an email with info about the status of the order and when it will arrive, plus the emails are personal and nice, not automatically generated. And the icing on the cake: a wonderful package with a thank you note and a sprig of lavender in beautiful paper.
