ZINC OINTMENT FOR DIAPER RASH

Anela created this ointment during a time when she and her children were constantly dealing with the care of their persistently irritated bottoms and fronts.

We wanted to make sure that we didn't put anything bad on their delicate skin. At the same time, we were looking for a combination of ingredients that would be maximally simple and truly effective in protecting children from the development of unpleasant and painful diaper rash. It worked. This delicate ointment was created, which, even when applied in minimal amounts, forms a thin caring and protective film on the skin. With a special manufacturing process, we have ensured its texture so that it spreads easily and prevents further unwanted irritation of damaged skin.

You can use the ointment every day as needed even for newborns. Its composition is very simple, intentionally containing no aromatic or potentially irritating ingredients. It is therefore suitable even for the most delicate and sensitive skin. The basic component is zinc oxide, a natural mineral known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and mildly astringent properties. The healing and protective effects of zinc are supported by gentle jojoba oil and pure, certified sheep lanolin (free from pesticide residues and other unwanted substances).

Usage: Apply the ointment in a thin layer several times a day as needed on clean and dry skin in the diaper area or in areas of chafing (e.g. skin folds in the armpits, under the knees, etc.). Always touch the cup with a clean hand.

Storage

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.

Do not expose it to direct sunlight or frost. Sunlight can degrade it or shorten its expiration date. At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean. Keep out of reach of children.

However, do not use even natural cosmetics on open wounds. This product is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease. In case of eye contact, rinse for at least 15 minutes with lukewarm water from the inner corner to the outer corner. In case you wear contact lenses, remove them before rinsing. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice. Before the first use, it is recommended to perform the so-called patch test, i.e. apply and test the cosmetic product for its tolerance on a small area of the skin, preferably on the wrist, and wait 24 hours. This method can prevent the onset of allergic reactions and hypersensitivity to the given product. If an allergic reaction occurs after application, wash the skin surface with lukewarm water. Stop using the product immediately. If the allergic reaction persists for an extended period, seek medical assistance.
