When you have a cold, it is advisable to rub your feet and hands. Wrap - soak cotton fabric or pyjamas in a concentrated salt solution, wrap the whole body including the limbs from neck to toe and cover with a warm blanket, leave for 1 to 2 hours. Poultice - after preparing the saline solution, soak the bandage and let it soak in the solution. Then apply the poultice to the affected area, wrap with foil and a towel and leave for 1 to 2 hours.
