The Czech brand Yage organics is the brainchild of Petra, whose work brought her to London where she was able to work with some of the world's leading laboratories. With their friends Jakub, Anna and Jan, they have been working tirelessly in their studio in London on a new cosmetic that will revolutionise the purity and therefore the effectiveness of the product. Name of YAGE

The word yage (read "yaché") literally contains the magical power of Amazonian nature. The yage drink is made by the Amazonian Indians of the Kofán tribe from the Aguarico River, which I visited years ago with my father. Yage is a mysterious force that transports them to the otherworldly world where they learn about the secrets of Mother Nature during a sacred night of drinking. My father has been studying Amazonian Indians and Amazonian nature for over 50 years with thousands and thousands of endemic plants containing rare oils, dyes, poisons, medicinal substances or hallucinogens. For the Indians, for my father and for me, the Yage is a symbol of the pure, unspoiled nature of the Amazon, the largest tropical jungle on the planet, a reservoir of oxygen and many medicines. Just as the Yage drink has a powerful power of enlightenment, I believe that Yage cosmetics will lead people to quality and true natural care.
