Usage: To prepare a basic face mask, mix a cup of clay, a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of almond oil, and half a cup of floral or mineral water. Apply the mask in a thicker layer on the skin and let it dry, then gently remove it with the help of a cosmetic sponge. Apply the mask as needed 1 - 2 times a week.

Hair mask - Add 4 teaspoons of horsetail decoction to the basic mask to give it a more liquid consistency. Apply to damp, clean hair and leave on for 5 - 10 minutes. Then rinse the mask off with warm water and wash your hair with shampoo. Slimming bath with green clay - Throw 3-4 handfuls of green clay into the filled bathtub. Relaxing bath for hands and feet - Add a handful of clay powder to a basin of hot water.
