How to properly use and care for your KeepCup:

After filling the KeepCup with coffee, wait at least 30 seconds before closing it. This will allow the initial steam to escape and thus prevent the nature of the material from changing!

Don't fill the KeepCup to the brim so the coffee can breathe inside.

KeepCup Brew is dishwasher safe, but only in the upper part of the dishwasher. However, like the dishes themselves, putting them in the dishwasher can wear, scratch or change the nature of the material, causing leakage. It is therefore generally recommended to hand wash the KeepCup to prolong its life.

Before washing the KeepCup itself, always remove the lid and wash it unfolded. Neither the silicone strap nor the cap closure needs to be removed. Avoid harsh chemicals and harsh detergents. Use only mild baking soda in a paste-like consistency to remove any stains.

KeepCup Brew is microwaveable, but make sure the temperature is below boiling point as this could cause the glass to crack and therefore ruin the KeepCup.

Beware of extreme temperature changes that can cause a change in the nature of the material. Do not put the ice KeepCup in boiling water and vice versa.

KeepCup Brew does not maintain the temperature of hot or iced beverages.

When drinking, do not tilt your head too much so that the coffee does not leak through the KeepCup's cap.
