The skin is our first line of defense, and when cleaning it, we must not forget to maintain the balance of its functions. Imbalance leads to disruption of the protective barrier, increased sensitivity, and dryness. The key component of the shower gel is therefore a prebiotic complex, which helps create a healthy microbial flora on our skin after washing, thereby improving its defense capabilities. It has been shown to support the formation of a microbiological film on our skin and prevent the development of further infections. This natural prebiotic consists of inulin extracted from chicory root and gluco-oligosaccharides obtained by enzymatic synthesis of natural sugars. Supports the growth of protective microorganisms that help restore the microbiome layer, while pathogenic bacteria are eliminated, meaning their ratio is naturally balanced, which helps prevent inflammatory reactions. This is also contributed by the complex of plant keratin, which is a mixture of plant proteins often referred to as NMF (natural moisturizing factor). These compounds are responsible for maintaining skin moisture and elasticity by attracting and retaining water. Gentle non-ionic plant-based surfactants from coconut oil and plant sugars – coco glucoside and decyl glucoside – ensure gentle skin cleansing. They are very well tolerated by the skin and, due to their easy biodegradability, they are also an excellent ecological choice.

Their foaming ability is lower than that of surfactants commonly used in cleaning agents, but this does not diminish the cleaning effect of the gel itself.

Levulinic acid and anisic acid are plant acids derived from sugarcane and anise, which have strong antimicrobial and antifungal effects. A pleasant fragrance created by essential oils is a bonus for a better experience during your regular shower routine. Thanks to the high content of a prebiotic complex supplemented with a plant keratin complex, the shower gel is suitable for all skin types, but especially for dry and stressed skin. Its gentle foam effectively cleanses the skin while gently acting on the natural protective lipid film that the skin creates to protect itself. Leaves the skin soft and smooth and prevents it from drying out.

Storage

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.

Do not expose it to direct sunlight or frost. Sunlight can degrade it or shorten its expiration date. At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean. In case of eye contact, rinse for at least 15 minutes with lukewarm water from the inner corner to the outer corner. In case you wear contact lenses, remove them before rinsing.
