Kvitok Solid Conditioner Protective for Quickly Greasy Hair 20 g
Kvitok Solid Conditioner Protective for Quickly Greasy Hair 20 g
Sun, cold, combing, towel rubbing, coloring, ironing, blow-drying, hard water... All these things damage our hair and cause it to thin. However, hair thinning also occurs naturally. Therefore, it is necessary to protect them from adverse external influences and to prevent this process as much as possible. This solid conditioner is a lighter version suitable for fine, thin, straight, and quickly greasy hair, as oil passes through this type of hair much more easily and quickly. Conditioners do not affect sebum production, so if you have a problem with excessive sebum production, try to exclude aggressive degreasing surfactants (e.g. SLS, SLES) and add to hair care products (e.g. (oil serums) that support healthy production of protective sebum. This conditioner is a great alternative to regular conditioners, being less wasteful, vegan, and environmentally friendly.
The combination of individual components creates a conditioner that is an alternative to commonly used conditioners, such as BTMS (Behentrimonium Methosulfate – also found in natural conditioners and solid shampoos with conditioner), Behentrimonium Chloride, Quarternium, and Polyquarternium are synthetic compounds that are not biodegradable, accumulate in the aquatic ecosystem, and are toxic to aquatic organisms.
Another group of ingredients that we avoid in our products are silicones. You can recognize them by the endings –cone, -thicone, -siloxane, -silane... When using silicones, a film is created on the hair that is not water-soluble (or only partially soluble), making it difficult to wash out of the hair. Silicones accumulate and clump together, weighing down the hair, weakening it, and increasing its susceptibility to breakage. They prevent hair from absorbing moisture, which dries it out. The conditioner therefore contains plant-based ingredients that are considered a substitute for silicones, without weighing down or sticking the hair together.Conditioners serve to prevent hair damage. However, they cannot repair split ends because the cells that make up the visible part of the hair are dead.
The conditioner is based on the emulsifying wax Cetearyl Alcohol (100% plant-based, made from coconut oil). It is a fatty alcohol that is an excellent emollient (softener). When used in hair cosmetics, it is known for its softening properties and makes hair detangling easier. Muru muru butter penetrates deeply into the hair, improving its elasticity and strength, protecting it from damage and thinning, and preventing split ends. Argan oil is a lightweight oil that penetrates the hair and retains moisture. Leaves a thin protective film on the scaly outer layer of the hair, the cuticle. It is ideal for all hair types in terms of porosity. Hair is softer, shinier, and less frizzy.Cetearyl alcohol-lecithin-sodium cetearyl sulfate-vegetable oil - a biodegradable plant-based emulsifier that facilitates hair detangling, reduces porosity, helps retain moisture, and prevents damage, dryness, breakage, and frizz. Creates a protective layer for mechanically, thermally, or chemically damaged hair without weighing it down.Broccoli oil is a great plant-based alternative to silicones. Smooths the hair surface, improves detangling, increases shine, and reduces frizz and flyaways of dry hair.
Coco-glucoside and glyceryl oleate this blend of non-ionic surfactants and fatty esters is an excellent moisturizing agent (replenishes lipids in the hair structure). Heptyl undecylenate – a derivative of castor oil, is considered a plant-based alternative to silicones and mineral oils. It is used not only in hair cosmetics but also in skin and body creams and in decorative cosmetics. Increases hair shine, hydrates, but is also lightweight and does not leave a greasy film.Isoamyl laurate and isoamyl cocoate are plant-based emollients derived from sugar beet and coconut oil. They add shine and reduce friction when combing both dry and wet hair, protect it from damage, and make detangling easier. Natural vitamin E is an effective antioxidant. Essential oils give the conditioner a fresh, delicate scent.
Did you know that conditioners do not affect sebum production, so if you have a problem with its excessive production, try eliminating aggressive degreasing surfactants (e.g. SLS, SLES) and add products for scalp care (e.g. oil serums) to support healthy sebum production.
Usage: Apply the solid conditioner to washed and "squeezed" hair (to their lower length), either by circular motions directly on the hair until a milky emulsion is formed or first create a milky emulsion in your palms. You can also apply the conditioner to your hair without creating an emulsion. Leave on for 3 - 5 minutes and rinse off.
Why will you love it?
The conditioner contains plant-based ingredients that are considered a substitute for silicones, without causing buildup and weighing down the hair.
The base of the conditioner is made up of the emulsifying wax Cetearyl Alcohol, which is 100% plant-based and is produced from coconut oil. It is the so-called fatty alcohol, which is a great emollient. In hair cosmetics, it is known for its softening properties and makes hair easier to comb.Muru muru butter penetrates deep into the hair shaft and improves its elasticity and strength, thereby protecting the hair from damage, thinning, and preventing split ends.Argan oil is one of the light oils that penetrate the hair while also being able to "lock in" moisture. Leaves a thin protective film on the scaly outer layer of the hair - the cuticle. It is ideal for all hair types in terms of their porosity. The hair is finer, shinier, and reduces "flyaways".
