Miracle, my super dry and cracked heels were soft and almost healed after a few uses. The balm has a pretty thick consistency ( almost like wax) and it's not exactly easy to scoop up, but it rubs in surprisingly well. The scent is quite intense floral-herbal and my husband didn't fully appreciate it, but I don't mind.
