Use creams with SPF every day!

Did you know that up to 80% of the sun's radiation reaches us through cloudy skies? That's why you should use SPF every day. And especially on your face. The skin on the face is thinner, more sensitive and more exposed to the sun than anywhere else on the body. But don't forget other parts of the body, such as the neck, décolletage and ears. They also get more sunlight than other areas.

We'll let you in on a little secret. The easiest way to fight skin ageing and wrinkles is to use a sunscreen with SPF. Daily use of SPF not only protects against sunburn, but also against premature skin ageing, pigment spots and loss of elasticity. And if you also choose a serum that contains all the active ingredients in very concentrated amounts, you've (almost) won.

How to use cosmetics with SPF every day?

Let's go over some guidelines for using SPF sunscreens. There are plenty of SPF creams on the market today - you can choose, for example, according to the type: protective, moisturizing, BB or CC creams, serums or even your skin type.

We've got three tips on great products that are definitely worth keeping on your bathroom shelf. Not only do they look nice, but they work. It's up to you whether you prefer a regular cream or tinted version, or whether you want a higher concentration of active ingredients in the form of a light serum.

If you choose a tinted cream with SPF, then you have one less step to take (perfect for beauty minimalists😊). In the morning, cleanse your skin, tone and use the serum. Then you don't need to use cream and makeup, you can get by with just Myrro Anti-AGE BB Cream SPF 30. But remember that most tinted creams don't have the coverage properties of regular makeup. So if you need to cover up more noticeable imperfections, reach for your favourite concealer and then set your face with powder.
