Usage
The cream can be used on the body and face. Apply the cream to the selected area and massage in circular motions clockwise* until absorbed. You can apply arnica cream several times a day.
Arnica cream also offers relaxing care for the feet - after a bath with green clay, apply to dried feet and massage into the soles up to the ankles. This pleasant care will bring you relaxation and calmness before sleep.

*Even the circular motion itself can help improve fluid circulation in the tissues. In the northern hemisphere, it is recommended to move clockwise, and in the southern hemisphere, counterclockwise.

Storage

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.

Do not expose it to direct sunlight or frost. Sunlight can degrade it or shorten its expiration date. At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean. Keep out of reach of children.
