Cellulite is a nightmare for many women - regardless of their weight or age. Unfortunately, it's not enough to just apply anti-cellulite cream and wait for miracles. There are several ways to combat it, but the best results are achieved by combining dietary changes, exercise, the use of cosmetic products, lymphatic drainage, and massages... I focused mainly on methods that we can use at home – massages, wraps, and scrubs. Daily thorough massages are particularly effective for removing cellulite. Intensive massage is used to support the removal of excess tissue fluid and improve the function of the lymphatic system. This improves the skin's structure. This effect can be further enhanced with suitable massage products.

After using the shower oil, there is no greasy film left on the skin, as is the case with regular oils, thanks to the plant-based emulsifier from olive and sunflower oil, which allows for easy rinsing of the oil with dissolved impurities from the skin. Thanks to this, it prevents the skin from drying out and losing moisture, keeping it soft. It consists of an oil phase that transforms into a fine milky emulsion upon contact with water. The oil phase of the product dissolves fat-soluble impurities (e.g. waste substances excreted by our body through the skin) and rinsing with water removes water-soluble impurities (e.g. impurities from the external environment).

Almond oil: Enhances skin elasticity and helps prevent stretch marks on the breasts, abdomen, buttocks, and thighs.

Castor oil: This viscous oil is suitable for treating dry skin and is particularly known for its positive effects on hair and eyelash growth. It is effective against various skin inflammations caused by bacteria, yeast, or viruses. It is also excellent for preventing wrinkles, mainly due to its high vitamin E content.

Vitamin E supports skin healing and improves its elasticity. A plant-based emulsifier from olive and sunflower oil allows the emulsification of oil upon contact with water, making it easy and quick to rinse off the skin without leaving a greasy film, unlike traditional vegetable oils that adhere to the skin and are more difficult to remove.

The massage oil also contains a blend of organic essential oils: cinnamon, lemon, grapefruit, orange, rosemary, coffee, and juniper. Cinnamon: Effectively stimulates blood circulation. Essential oils from citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit, orange): Strengthen capillaries, have an astringent effect, and reduce water retention in tissues. Rosemary: Tightens the skin and promotes blood circulation. Coffee: Improves microcirculation, supports fat breakdown, and tightens the skin. Juniper: Supports lymphatic flow and reduces water retention in tissues.

Usage: Apply a small amount of oil to your hands, gently massage into clean skin (areas affected by cellulite – thighs, buttocks, abdomen, arms) and rinse with warm water.

Storage

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.

At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean. In case of eye contact, rinse for at least 15 minutes with lukewarm water from the inner corner to the outer corner. In case you wear contact lenses, remove them before rinsing.
