Dandruff appears for various reasons. They are most commonly caused by the yeast Malassezia, which is part of the normal skin flora and typically does not cause any problems. Dead skin cells flake off all over the body, which is completely normal. These cells are not visible to the naked eye. However, excessive growth of these yeasts causes faster cell renewal on the scalp, with the cells clumping into larger groups and becoming visible not only on clothing but also in the hair. The scalp often itches, and scratching only causes more dandruff, irritation, redness, and even infection. Recent research indicates that dandruff may be related to an imbalance in the skin's microflora, which includes a balanced growth of bacteria and yeast. However, in the case of psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis, it is not about excessive yeast growth. Other causes include insufficient rinsing of cosmetic products from the skin, aggressive degreasing ingredients in shampoos, or aggressive handling of the skin (combing, hot air, and other adverse external influences). In such cases, changing the shampoo and eliminating bad habits can help. However, if the problem is caused by hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies (especially vitamin B), or neurological disorders, then shampoos or other hair products, regardless of the brand, will obviously not solve the problem.

Thorough cleansing is essential for a healthy scalp, but it must also be gentle. Solid shampoos, known as syndets, are suitable for this purpose. These are shampoos based on mild plant-based surfactants derived from coconut oil (SCI and coco glucoside). These are not soap-based shampoos that require an acidic rinse. Thanks to their gentle surfactants, they effectively remove dirt and grease from hair and scalp. They create a rich lather and are suitable for use in both soft and hard water. They are very well tolerated by the skin and, due to their easy biodegradability, they are also an excellent ecological choice. Solid shampoos are small, lightweight, and easy to carry, they do not contain water, and therefore do not require the addition of conventional preservatives and have a long shelf life. They are fully and easily biodegradable and do not harm the environment. This shampoo also contains conditioner, but it does not serve as a complete conditioner, so if you need extra hair protection, we recommend using the shampoo in combination with a conditioner. The key active ingredients that cleanse and hydrate the skin are gentle enzymes from pomegranate and clinically tested substances Aquacacteen and preBIULIN AGA. To improve hair quality, they are supplemented with clinically tested active ingredients Keraguard, a complex of plant keratin, plant conditioner, and plant ceramides. With regular use, pomegranate enzymes gently and effectively remove dead skin cells, bacteria, sebum, and impurities from the skin. Fermented enzymes from pomegranate are obtained by fermenting the unused pulp residue. Pomegranates contain proteolytic enzymes that have a keratolytic effect and help gently break down proteins that have accumulated on the skin, hair, and scalp, removing accumulated dead cells, bacteria, and sebum. Pomegranates also contain chlorogenic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Exfoliating the skin creates an optimal environment for healthy hair growth. Clinically tested active ingredient Aquacacteen – an extract from Mexican prickly pear – soothes irritated skin, reduces redness and itching. Protects and strengthens the skin after UV exposure. Provides the skin with water-binding substances, ensuring long-lasting hydration and firmer, more vital skin even after rinsing. Shower gels with different concentrations of this active ingredient were tested in a clinical study, hydration was measured using a corneometer, and the results are shown in the graph below. Skin hydration increased by 16% within one week.

Plant Keratin Complex is a blend of corn, wheat, and soy proteins. This is a plant-based vegan alternative to traditional keratin, which is commonly used in hair cosmetics, and it has replaced the original rice proteins in the formulation. Hydrolyzed proteins have smaller molecules that penetrate the hair (specifically the cuticle) more effectively. In our body, they are among the key components often referred to as NMF (natural moisturizing factor). These compounds are responsible for maintaining skin moisture and elasticity by attracting and retaining water. Thanks to the triple combination of plant proteins, this complex improves hair hydration, strengthens their structure, protects against drying out, adds softness and shine, and prevents breakage and split ends. Protects hair from adverse external influences, helps treat split ends and cuticle damage, and increases their strength and elasticity. Visibly improves hair quality, making it less frizzy, curly, and more hydrated.

The complex of plant ceramides helps restore the lipid barrier by replenishing lipids in the skin's structure.

They are also important for hydrating and firming the skin, eliminating the formation of wrinkles and skin deformations, and preventing its thinning and weakening. It has very strong antibacterial effects and destroys parasites and fungi. Helps get rid of lice. Organic nettle powder: Nettle is well known as an effective remedy for acne, eczema, and dermatitis. It regulates sebum production and is rich in minerals that are effective against inflammation and skin irritation. Panthenol (provitamin B5) improves hair quality, increases shine, and reduces breakage. Tea tree essential oil is ideal for cleansing an oily scalp, has antibacterial properties, unclogs hair follicles, improves blood microcirculation, and nourishes the hair. The antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiseptic properties of tea tree oil are beneficial for the scalp, protecting it from infections. Lemon essential oil, along with tea tree oil, cleanses the skin and its components have antiseptic and astringent effects.

Usage: The shampoo is intended for multiple uses. Gently massage it into wet hair, lather with your fingers, leave it on for a while, and rinse with water. You can also create foam by rubbing the shampoo in your palms, applying it to wet hair, and lathering with your fingers. If necessary, we recommend repeating the process. If you use styling products or are in a dusty environment, we recommend repeating the process.

The shampoo is water-free and concentrated, so only a small amount is needed to create a rich lather.

If you are unable to lather the shampoo in your hair sufficiently, your hair is probably not wet enough. Try to moisten them more.

After use, it is not necessary to use acidic rinse agents because it is not a soap-based shampoo.

Storage

At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean.
