Tips for use
After diluting in vegetable oil, rub into the lower abdomen and hips 1-3 times a day and use long term until symptoms disappear.
Use
Add 3 - 5 drops to the water in the aromalamp or the desired number of drops to a diffuser, inhalation stick or unglazed ceramic. Can also be used for direct inhalation from a bottle or handkerchief.

Storage
Essential oils evaporate quickly, so don't leave the bottles open for long. Do not expose them to temperature extremes and fluctuations. The ideal way to store them is in a tightly sealed bottle, in a dark place at room temperature, not in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
