That's when a relaxing bath is an excellent means for relieving stress, sorting out thoughts, or recharging with new energy. Usage:

• As a bath: Pour an appropriate amount of salt mixture (approximately 100 to 150 g) into water heated to 35-39 °C and let it dissolve completely. The dose of salt mixture for one bath should not exceed 450 g. The recommended bath duration is 15 to 20 minutes. We recommend using it a maximum of three times a week and enjoying some relaxation after the procedure.
• As a foot bath: Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt mixture (about a tablespoon per 5 liters of water) into water heated to 35-39 °C and let it dissolve completely. Soak your feet in water for 15 to 20 minutes.
• As an inhalation solution: Mix an appropriate amount of saline mixture (about a teaspoon) in a container with boiling water, and after steam develops, inhale for 10 to 15 minutes.
• As a rinse: Mix an appropriate amount of salt mixture (about ½ teaspoon) in a container with boiled warm water and rinse the affected area on the body five to six times a day.
• As a saline solution: Mix an appropriate amount of salt mixture (about a teaspoon per liter of water) in a container with boiled warm water, let it sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• As a painting solution: Mix an appropriate amount of salt mixture (about a tablespoon per liter of water) in a container with boiled warm water at a temperature of approximately 39 °C. Use a solution-soaked sponge to apply to the entire body twice a day (morning and evening). When experiencing a high fever, rub the entire body. When you have a cold, it is advisable to rub the soles of your feet and palms.
• As a wrap: Soak a cotton cloth or pajamas in a concentrated salt solution, wrap the entire body including limbs from neck to toes, and cover with a warm blanket, leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
• As a compress: After preparing the saline solution, immerse the bandage and let it soak in the solution. Subsequently, apply the compress to the affected area, wrap with foil, or respectively. with a towel and leave it on for 1 to 2 hours.

Storage

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.
